Martina Caruso has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Workforce Specialist and Loyalty Ambassador at Marriott International since October 2018, focusing on VIP account management globally. Previously, Martina held various roles at Marriott International, including Manager of Speciality Services and Ambassador 24/7, effectively managing a diverse team of over 15 associates. Prior to that, Martina worked with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide as a Sales and Service Associate and had a transitional role as an Au Pair in Ireland with AU-PAIR WORLD AGENCY SWEDEN. Martina also completed an academic internship in translation and localization at Exagogica. Educational qualifications include a Higher National Diploma in Regulatory Risk & Compliance from Technological University Dublin and a Laurea in Language Mediation Sciences from Università degli Studi di Macerata. Additional certifications include a coding program from Code Institute and an intensive Excel course from Cork College of FET.
