Kathleen Pighini

Kathleen Pighini is the Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, a role they began in 2022. Prior to this, Kathleen served as Vice President of Financial Reporting at CNL Financial Group in 2011 and held various positions, including Director of Accounting Policy at Marriott Vacation Club International from 2007 to 2011 and Manager of Assurance & Business Advisory Services at PwC from 2000 to 2007. Since 2023, Kathleen has been an active member of the Financial Reporting Executive Committee (FinREC). Kathleen is currently pursuing education at Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus.
