Laura Blythe

Laura Blythe currently serves as the People and Organization Sr. Director for Mars Global Services HR, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Laura held various leadership roles including Vice President of Change Management at Republic National Distributing Company, and NA Leader of the Strategic Partnerships Group at Johnson & Johnson. Experience spans over a decade in human resources, notably as an Agile Team Leader at Frito-Lay, Human Resources Director at PepsiCo, and Global Human Resources Business Partner at General Mills. Laura's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
