LUCIA KURI

Lucia Kuri is currently the Vice President of People & Organization for Global Emerging Markets at Mars, where they also serve as Interim Vice President of HR and Senior Director of HR Supply for the US and Canada. With extensive experience in HR leadership roles within the consumer packaged goods industry since 2003, Lucia has held positions across various sectors of Mars, including business integration and regional direction in Latin America. They are a strong advocate for Culture, Inclusion, and Diversity initiatives, playing a pivotal role in increasing representation within the organization. Lucia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Tecnológica de Mexico and multiple certifications in Change Management and Coaching.
