Sneha Shah

Sneha Shah currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Research and Development for Pet Nutrition in North America at Mars since October 2025. Previously, Sneha held the position of Vice President for Family Care & Professional R&D North America at Kimberly-Clark from April 2024 to October 2025. Sneha's extensive experience at The Coca-Cola Company spanned six years, including roles as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Executive Assistant to the Chief Technical & Innovation Officer, Vice President of fairlife Technical, Innovation & Stewardship, and Group Director of Packaging Innovation. Early in the career, Sneha worked at Avery Dennison as Global Technical Director for the Food Segment and Global Packaging Innovation Manager from December 2011 to January 2015. Sneha is a member of the Chief organization from August 2022 to December 2023. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
