Yunji Chelsea Kim

Yunji Chelsea Kim currently serves as the Director of Global Inhouse Consulting at Mars, focusing on strategies to distribute smile-inducing snacks worldwide. Prior experience includes a tenure at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from March 2013 to December 2022, where roles progressed from Consultant to Principal, leading significant transformations in the retail sector and working on a variety of optimization projects across multiple industries. Yunji was recognized as a top performer, being selected as an "Ambassador" between the Seoul and New Jersey offices. Additional experience includes serving as a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum and coaching parliamentary debate at DO Education Consulting.
