Alison Rose

Alison Rose has over 40 years of experience in various roles within the insurance and transportation industries. Currently serving as the Palletways Claims Manager at Marsh Commercial since January 2002, Alison leads a team of nine in handling Goods in Transit claims for Palletways (UK) Ltd. Previous roles include managing a busy Claims Department at Jelf, serving as Transport Manager at Friel Construction, and operating as Proprietor of Little People Pre-School Nursery. Alison's extensive skill set includes excellent time management, customer relationship management, knowledge of insurance policies and regulations, and strong proficiency in Excel. Additionally, Alison has completed numerous professional development courses related to leadership, management, and compliance.
