Shilpa Acharya

Shilpa Acharya currently serves as the UK Diversity Equity and Inclusion Business Partner at Marsh McLennan, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this, Shilpa was the Senior Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Manager at KPMG UK from September 2022 to June 2024. Shilpa's career also includes significant roles at Marks and Spencer, where responsibilities included Inclusion and Diversity Manager, Business Implementation Manager, and Manager from November 2016 to September 2022. Shilpa's earlier experience includes serving as Flagship General Manager at both Gap Inc./Banana Republic and Mothercare from December 2015 to November 2016 and March 2013 to December 2015, respectively. Shilpa holds a BA(Econ)(Hons) in Economics from The University of Manchester.
