Fabricio Rodriguez

Fabricio Rodriguez serves as the Director at the Maryland State Education Association since September 2024, following experience as UniServ Director at the Virginia Education Association from September 2017 to September 2024. Prior roles include Executive Director at AMERICANS FOR TRANSIT, managing a significant campaign in Charleston, SC, and consulting on various transit projects across the country. Fabricio also has a background in organizing and political action, having worked with Philadelphian's Organized to Witness Organize and Rebuild and the Restaurant Opportunity Center. As the founder of the Philadelphia Security Officers Union, Fabricio led successful NLRB elections. With a BA in Economics from Arizona State University and further education at prestigious institutions including Harvard Kennedy School, Fabricio continues to develop professionally in the field of education and advocacy.
