Jeyakar K

Jeyakar K is a seasoned professional in HR technology and digital transformation, currently serving as Vice President and Head of HR Technology & Digital Transformation at Mashreq since April 2021. In this role, Jeyakar K focuses on HR digitization by developing a strategic roadmap in collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders. Prior experience includes a tenure at Oracle from October 2011 to March 2021, where Jeyakar K held multiple positions, including Assistant Vice President and Consulting Technical Manager, leading complex projects and implementing Oracle PeopleSoft and HCM Fusion solutions. Before Oracle, Jeyakar K worked at PwC and Tata Consultancy Services in various consulting and technical roles, building expertise in data conversion and system enhancements. Jeyakar K holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Madurai Kamaraj University.
