Dan Shirk

Dan Shirk is the SVP and Chief Information Officer at Masonite International. Dan has over 25 years of experience in the retail industry, including leadership positions at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. from January 2013 to December 2019. At Ascena, they led the development and execution of the Program Management Office, Quality Assurance and Testing function, Enterprise Architecture, and Enterprise Integrations. Dan was responsible for the delivery of a $130 million portfolio of 200+ programs using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

In their role at Masonite, Dan is responsible for leading the company's global information technology strategy and initiatives.
