Rebecca Shait

Rebecca Shait, MHCI, is a seasoned healthcare executive currently serving as the Senior Director and Chief of Staff to the Chief Integration Officer at Mass General Brigham since September 2023. Previously, Rebecca held key roles at Northwell Direct, including Director of Operations, where leadership of the operations team focused on delivering on-site and virtual clinical services, and as Manager of Business Services/Chief of Staff to the CEO, being one of the inaugural team members. Earlier experience includes working at North Shore University Hospital as a Specialist in Process Improvement and Data Analytics, where collaboration with senior hospital leadership advanced patient experience programs. Rebecca earned a Master of Health Care Innovation from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, Mathematics, and Jewish Studies from Union College.
