Matt Libby

Matt Libby, DO, FAAFP, serves as a Primary Care Physician and Medical Director at Firefly Health, leading initiatives in virtual-first, team-based primary care with an emphasis on care delivery and behavioral health integration. Holding positions as Board Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors at the Massachusetts Academy of Family Physicians, and as a Physician at the Maine Mobile Health Program, Libby is committed to community health in diverse settings. With extensive experience including Chief Clinical Operations Officer at Outer Cape Health Services, Libby has spearheaded operations and clinical informatics, successfully transitioning to telehealth and EHR systems. Additional roles include Clinical Instructor at UMass Chan Medical School, and completing a fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Primary Care Leadership, along with a solid foundation in family medicine training. Libby earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
