Alessandra Bouchard

Alessandra Bouchard is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Administration and Business Processes in the Office of the COO at the MBTA since November 2021. Prior to this role, Alessandra was the Deputy Director of Lean Analytics at the same organization.
