Maggie McDonald

Maggie McDonald, CMP, has extensive experience in event management and sports coordination. Currently serving as the Event and Conference Manager at MassMutual since February 2018, Maggie previously held the position of Sports Hospitality Intern at the same company, where responsibilities included organizing hospitality for prestigious sporting events such as the PGA Championship and US Open Tennis. Prior experience includes roles as Women's Lacrosse Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Amherst College, and Women's Lacrosse Assistant Coach at Rutgers University, focusing on team development and athlete support. Maggie is a former student-athlete at the University of Notre Dame, where leadership and communication skills were honed as captain of the Women's Lacrosse Team. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in Sport Management from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
