Shipra Sharma is currently the Head of Recruiting at Mastech Digital. Shipra has over fifteen years of experience in recruiting, staffing, and HR.

Shipra began their career in recruiting at IGATE in 2006. Shipra quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Senior Recruiter and Team Lead. During their time at IGATE, they set a company record with 52 starts in a single year.

In 2010, they left IGATE to join Mastech Digital as Head of Recruiting. In their current role, they are responsible for all aspects of recruiting, staffing, and HR for the company.
