Adam Speakman

Adam Speakman is an experienced fraud and risk management professional with a robust background in financial services. Currently serving as VP of Account to Account Risk Solutions at Mastercard since October 2025, Adam previously held the position of Head of Fraud Systems and Controls at Lloyds Banking Group from January 2022 to October 2025. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Head of Fraud & Investigations and Fraud & Investigations Manager at Metro Bank (UK) from February 2015 to January 2022, and Fraud Strategy Manager at Barclays from January 2012 to January 2015. Adam's career began at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where a variety of fraud roles, including Fraud Investigator, were undertaken from February 2001 to December 2011.
