Mike Giles

Mike Giles is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and product management. Currently serving as AVP of Engineering at Mastery Logistics Systems since January 2021, Mike previously held senior roles at Optum, where leadership of global software teams resulted in a system that processes over 1 million health care claims daily. Additional experience includes directorships at Calabrio, Inc. and development management positions at Quantum Retail Technology, IBM, and Cognos. Mike began a career in software consulting and engineering, contributing to various projects and establishing a foundation in computer science with a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University.
