Lionel Gousse, CISSP, currently serves as the Sr. Director of EMEA & APAC Security Operations at Match Group, a role commenced in January 2024, focusing on enhancing security postures across the regions through risk management, technology adoption, and fostering a cybersecurity culture. Prior to this position, Lionel held the title of Director of Security, Compliance & Fraud at Meetic from January 2017 to December 2023, where responsibilities included establishing a security team and developing governance roadmaps with defined KPIs. Between September 2008 and January 2017, Lionel worked at Toshiba as RSSI & Risk Manager, overseeing risk management, IT security, and export control, along with securing web applications. Earlier in the career at Toshiba, Lionel coordinated IT security initiatives and led the IT Security Committee. Lionel earned a degree in Ingénierie en Réseaux et Télécoms from Telecom ParisTech & UPMC between 2005 and 2006.
