Frankie Robinson is a dedicated recruitment professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Recruitment Business Partner at Leonardo since July 2021, Frankie specializes in attracting Software, Systems, and Electronics Engineers at various levels, contributing to one of the UK's leading aerospace companies. Previously, as a Recruitment Consultant and Candidate Attraction Specialist at Matchtech, expertise was developed in sourcing candidates with niche skills in Hardware, Software, and Systems Engineering within the Defence and Aerospace industries.
