Brenden Fickert

Brenden Fickert is an experienced process engineer with a background in manufacturing and engineering roles. Currently serving as Process Engineer IV at Materion Corporation since June 2019, Brenden previously held the position of Process Engineer III within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Process Engineer at CPS Technologies Corporation from May 2015 to May 2019, specializing in metal matrix composites, and as part of the engineering/project team at IPC Global Solutions from January 2012 to January 2015, focusing on cataloging, filter inspection, and customer service. Brenden holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, completed in 2015, and possesses a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.
