Nicole Linn, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently holds the position of HR Shared Services Lead at Materion Corporation since March 2024, where leadership is provided to an HR Service Team, focusing on problem-solving and maintaining quality standards in HR case management. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Stakes Manufacturing, leading recruitment and onboarding processes while facilitating a successful payroll transition from Paychex to ADP. At OneDigital, Nicole managed full-cycle recruiting for various roles, employing diverse sourcing techniques to meet client needs.
