Jim McGuire

Jim McGuire is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in account management and business development across various technology companies. Currently, Jim serves in GTM Engineering at Matillion since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jim was with Validity Inc. as an Enterprise Account Manager for key accounts and also held the position of Account Manager. At Datto, Jim excelled as an Account Executive, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, which earned recognition in the President’s Club multiple times. Jim's career includes roles at Amazon, BlueConic, and SwervePoint, with a foundational education in Management from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
