Henry Bersani

Henry Bersani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project delivery and management, currently serving as the Project Delivery Lead at Matomo since October 2025. Previously, as an Agile Delivery Lead at Jade Software Corporation, Henry coached teams on agile best practices and managed multi-million dollar projects. Other roles include Project Manager at Webtools Agritech and Product Manager/Head of Growth at Workable, where Henry successfully rebuilt a mobile HRTech platform. Henry has also held high-level positions such as Chief Operating Officer of Radius Robotics, overseeing innovative agricultural technology, and played a key role as a Financial Adviser at Aurora Financial, contributing to the firm's recognition as one of New Zealand’s fastest-growing financial services companies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Management and undergraduate degrees in diplomacy and international relations and political science from the University of Canterbury.
