Ms. Heidi Cannon oversees the company’s account management, business development and client implementation functions and is responsible for the continued growth and development of Matrix’s business relationship with all clients. She leads efforts to drive program outcomes and high levels of satisfaction with Matrix clients. Ms. Cannon comes to Matrix as a highly accomplished leader with strong executive healthcare experience across a variety of leadership roles. Most recently, Ms. Cannon served as Market President at Evolent Health, where she helped provider organizations achieve clinical and financial results in value-based care. Prior to that, Ms. Cannon served as Vice President, Client Services for Matrix from 2010 to 2016, leading the development of major client relationships and helping to drive the company’s significant growth. In 2016, Ms. Cannon received the Matrix CEO Leadership award. Earlier in her career, Ms. Cannon also held leadership roles in marketing and account management for Healthways (now Tivity Health), and led regional operations and planning for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB). Ms. Cannon earned her Master of Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, TN and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Criminal Justice from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
