As MATRIXX Software’s Chief Customer Officer, Bill Highstreet works directly with our customers to strengthen our partnerships while ensuring that they achieve total success. Bill has immersed himself into Silicon Valley tech, holding key positions with companies such as Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies and Juniper Networks. During his tenure, he established strategic delivery models and tracking methodologies that resulted in significant performance improvements. His wealth of knowledge and professional expertise includes finance, IT, warehouse and distribution operations, software operations, service and support, sales administration and re-marketing. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Jose State University and accreditations from Northwestern University Executive Programs, including Logistics and Distribution Management and Information Technology and Competitive Advantage.
