John Jenkins

John Jenkins has extensive experience in retail operations, primarily with Mattress Firm since February 2008, progressing through various leadership roles including Vice President of Retail Operations, Vice President of Field Development for Customer Experience, and Regional Vice President of Sales. Jenkins has managed operations across multiple locations such as Milwaukee, Chicago, and St. Louis, and has demonstrated expertise in divisional field development and marketing. Jenkins holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Geography from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 2004 and 2007.
