Will Althoff

Will Althoff has extensive experience in retail and management, currently serving as a Store Manager at Mattress Firm since July 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Flooring Specialist at Strathmore Floors from July 2021 to October 2024 and as Field Sales Manager for Samsung Home Appliance at Premium Retail Services from October 2016 to April 2021. Althoff has also worked as a Masonry Assistant at J L Albrittian, Inc. and as a Mason Helper at General Building, where responsibilities included project management and customer relations. Earlier positions at Brio Tuscan Grill and TGI Friday’s focused on customer service and multitasking in fast-paced environments. Althoff began a career in customer service as a Pharmacy Technician/Assistant Manager at Safeway. Althoff holds a BA in Business Administration from Strayer University and an AA in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College.
