Colin Seltzer

Colin Seltzer is an experienced professional in telecommunications and network solutions, currently serving as Lead Pre-Sales Engineer for small cells at Mavenir since October 2020. Prior to this, Colin held the position of Senior Technical Consultant at ip.access, focusing on 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G small cell radio solutions. A significant tenure at Nokia Networks from 1997 to 2018 included roles such as Technical Consultant/Technical Project Manager in network planning and optimization, Strategic and Business Development, and System Marketing Manager, where Colin managed projects and developed solutions for UK mobile operators. Earlier experience includes a role as Mobile Radio Engineer at BT and contributions to R&D in optoelectronic technology. Colin holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Surrey and a First Class BSc in Applied Physics from the University of Strathclyde.
