Sean Crafts

Chief Growth Officer, Founder

Sean Crafts spearheads the company’s growth and strategy initiative which seeks to expand Mavenlink’s partnerships and capabilities to better serve clients on a global scale. As Mavenlink's Chief Growth Officer he interfaces with every Mavenlink department, lending his unique vantage point to the Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HR teams. Sean is most deeply involved in devising new programs to keep Mavenlink in the forefront of emerging trends that impact how the world conducts business.

Prior to Mavenlink, Sean spent 10 years growing integrated knowledge management platform InQuira (acquired by Oracle in 2011). As Senior Director, he was instrumental in growing InQuira from a startup with 15 employees to a company poised for acquisition with over 150 employees and annual gross revenues of over $30 million. At InQuira, Sean directed the firm’s Alliance and Channel Sales Division, where he worked with future Mavenlink partners Ray Grainger and Roger Neel.

In-between growing Mavenlink, advising aspiring entrepreneurs, and running after six children, Sean can also be found on a surfboard (his happy place). He holds degrees in Environmental Science and Philosophy from Duke University, as well as a J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law.
