Randy Lynch

Randy Lynch joined Maxar in April 2018 after its acquisition of DigitalGlobe and serves as our Senior Vice President, Finance, Treasurer and Corporate Development. Prior to this role, Mr. Lynch served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for DigitalGlobe. Previously, Randy worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for eight years, serving as Managing Director, Global Head of Aerospace and Defense. In that role he supported CEOs, CFOs and Boards of Directors, focusing on M&A and strategic finance. He has more than 20 years of finance experience at companies including AIG, Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers. Randy has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
