James Lougheed

James Lougheed has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. James is currently the Vice President and General Manager of the High Performance Analog & Accelerator Group at MaxLinear, where they are responsible for the Power, Interface, and Accelerator product groups. James is also a Board Director at Scalare Partners and an Advisor & Investor at Silicon Catalyst. James is a Member and Investor at Sand Hill Angels, an angel investor group in Silicon Valley. Previously, James held senior leadership roles at Exar Corporation and Cirrus Logic. James also has experience in marketing and management roles at Apexone Microelectronics, Future Electronics, and Electronic Design & Manufacturing International (EDMI).

James Lougheed attended the University of Southern Queensland, where they earned an Associate Degree in Engineering with a focus on Electrical & Electronic.
