Kolanda Douglas

Kolanda Douglas, MS, CDE, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in the field of belonging and diversity. Currently serving as the Director of Belonging at Mayo Clinic since January 2021, Kolanda also works as a Belonging Program Advisor. Prior to this position, Kolanda worked at the University of North Florida from May 2012 to April 2021, where roles included Marketing Coordinator, Employment Coordinator, and Coordinator of Equal Opportunity and Diversity. Kolanda holds a Master of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from PennWest Clarion and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of North Florida.
