Jeffrey H. Guyton

As president of Mazda North American Operations, Jeff Guyton is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations in the U.S., Mexico and Puerto Rico, including sales, marketing, parts and service, logistics, communications, customer support and regional operations. In addition to his role at MNAO, Guyton also serves as senior managing executive officer, Mazda Motor Corporation.

Guyton brings nearly two decades of experience to MNAO. Guyton joins MNAO from Mazda Motor Europe where he has served as the president and chief executive officer. He started with Mazda Motor Corporation at its headquarters in Hiroshima, Japan in September of 2000 following a number of roles at the Ford Motor Company. In 2003, he moved to Germany and served as the vice president, finance & systems and chief financial officer, Mazda Motor Europe.

Guyton earned a Master of Arts in Asian Studies as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan. He is fluent in English and Japanese and also speaks Spanish and German. Guyton resides in Southern California.
