- **How do you prefer to work?**

I prefer to work in sprints, bouts of focused deep work that allows me to complete high priority and high quality tasks with high velocity. Then take a moment to recover before starting another sprint.

- **What qualities do you most value in a colleague?**

A positive reinforcer that proactively offers themselves as a resource and does not shy away from providing constructive feedback. It will absolutely be reciprocated, and even unconditionally without any expectation for the same in return. Although it will be greatly appreciated!

- **What’s your communication style?**

Straightforward and clear, precise and constructive. I believe that anything that needs to be communicated can be done so in an uplifting and kind manner even if it might be a more difficult conversation. Open and transparent communication is essential to build trust and truly connect with others.

- **What are your pet peeves at work?**

I do my best to not allow myself to be affected by actions outside of my control but if I had to name one pet peeve it would likely be lack of responsiveness or effort in assisting. If we are calling ourselves a team that comes with a commitment to investing in the success of one another.

- **Share a fun fact about yourself**

I'm learning how to play the piano and acoustic guitar!
