Katarzyna Olchawa

Katarzyna Olchawa is a Senior IT Tools Engineer with extensive experience managing and configuring Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence at mBank S.A. and 7N CIM since March 2015. Responsibilities include overseeing administration, training, and issue resolution, as well as leading user groups and speaking at conferences. In addition to current consultancy work for Stepwise and leadership of the Atlassian Users Group, Katarzyna has previous roles in IT support and team leadership at IBM and SmartTrading. An engineering graduate from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Katarzyna possesses a solid foundation in IT and process management, consistently focusing on improving efficiency and user experience across various departments.
