Erin Mccormick

Erin McCormick is the Senior Vice President of Branch Administration & Sales Officer at mBank. Erin has over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial industry, with a focus on sales, marketing, and product management.

Erin began their career in 1995 as a Branch Manager and Residential Loan Officer at First Federal Savings Bank. In 2004, they transitioned to Marine Credit Union as their Branch Manager. After four years in this role, Erin moved to Associated Bank where they served as District Manager-Senior Vice President for nine years. In 2017, Erin returned to mBank as their Senior Vice President; Branch Administration, Sales, & Marketing Officer.

In their current role at mBank, Erin leads 28 Branch Sales offices with 100+ indirect reports. Her responsibilities include Sales/Performance Management, Product Management, Recruiting and Developing Top Talent, ALCO/Board Reporting, Improving Sales Processes and Outcomes, Marketing and Promotions, Community Engagement, Incentive Plan Design and Management, Partner Collaboration, and Training/Development Curriculums.

Erin is a highly motivated and results-driven leader with a proven track record of success in the banking and financial industry. Erin is passionate about developing top talent, improving sales outcomes, and creating innovative marketing campaigns that engage the community.

Erin McCormick has a Sales and Marketing School background in Banking Sales, Management, and Marketing from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Erin also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice from Concordia University-Wisconsin and an Associate's degree in Marketing from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Additionally, they have a Digital Banking School - Certificate in Banking, Finance, Digital Banking, and Marketing from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison as well as a Certificate of Executive Leadership in Banking, Finance, and Leadership from the same school.

Erin Mccormick reports to Kelly W. George, President & Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Tammy R. Mcdowell - Executive Vice President & Managing Director of Credit Administration/Operations/IT, Andy Sabatine - Regional President, Northern Lower Michigan, and Gregory Schuetter - Senior Vice President, Eastern UP / NLP Commercial Banking Manager.
