Louise Davis

Louise Davis is an experienced professional in the field of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, currently serving as the Group Head of Equality Diversity & Inclusion at MBDA since July 2018. Prior to this role, Louise held various positions at Tesco PLC from March 2013 to July 2018, including Group Talent Manager and Organisation Design Manager. Earlier in her career, Louise worked as an Assistant to the Group Leadership Development Director at Tesco Stores Ltd from 2011 to 2013. Louise holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of York, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
