Ismail Fawaz

Ismail Fawaz is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Team Lead at MBG Developments since July 2025. Previously, Ismail held the role of Talent Acquisition Lead at Rowad Modern Engineering for a brief period in 2025. Prior to this, Ismail was the Head of Human Resources at SOLERA Energy Solutions from July 2024 to March 2025 and spent a decade at Raya CX, progressing from Talent Acquisition Supervisor to Senior HR Specialist.
