Sanjeev Hazareesing

Sanjeev Hazareesing is the Group Chief Operating Officer at MCB Group, where they have been instrumental in promoting Mauritius to international customers since their appointment as Head of Global Business in 2015. Sanjeev trained as a chartered accountant at a boutique audit and tax advisory firm in London before returning to Mauritius, where they worked at a Big 4 audit firm and later became Finance Director for a manufacturing group. Their extensive career includes senior roles within MCB, overseeing corporate banking divisions and significant cross-border lending initiatives. Sanjeev is currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership at IMD Business School.
