Mariane Boldori

Mariane Boldori currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for North America at McCain Foods since September 2022. Previously, Mariane held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Conagra Brands, overseeing HR for a significant US market. Mariane's extensive experience includes leadership positions at The Kraft Heinz Company, where Mariane managed HR for the U.S. Commercial Retail Business and U.S. Sales divisions. Additionally, Mariane led HR for the Americas at SIG Combibloc and served as CHRO for PDG Realty in Brazil. Mariane's career also includes roles in human resources and communications at Gerdau North America and Gerdau, focusing on change management and organizational development. Mariane holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Business Administration from Fundação Dom Cabral and an MBA in Marketing from FGV.
