Sylvie Delhaye

Sylvie Delhaye serves as the Vice President of Food Safety and Quality at McCain Foods as of October 2023, overseeing McCain CE, Lutosa, and Van Geloven. Prior to this role, Sylvie held various positions at Lutosa between July 2016 and October 2023, including Head of Transformation Hub and Quality Director. Before Lutosa, Sylvie worked at Godiva Chocolatier from November 2008 to June 2016 as Quality and Regulatory Director, where comprehensive leadership in Quality Management, Food Safety, and Regulatory Affairs was provided across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites in EMEA. Earlier experience includes roles at Baxter Healthcare as Customer & Supplier Quality Manager and at Cosucra Groupe Warcoing SA as Quality Manager and Product Manager, focusing on ingredient production and quality system implementation. Sylvie's educational background includes a Master's degree in Agrégation enseignement supérieur and a Master's degree in Ingénieur chimiste et Industries agricoles from Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech - Université de Liège.
