Regina Beckles

Regina Beckles oversees real estate taxes and personal property taxes for the company’s developments as well as maintenance of corporate previous participation in the U.S. Dept. of HUD’s APPS electronic system and on various tax credit previous participation forms. She is also responsible for lender and investor due diligence on the Substitute GP portfolio for all admissions and financing transactions.
