Ben Curtis

Ben Curtis is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in both private practice and federal law enforcement. Currently a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery since April 2019, Ben previously held a Partner position at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough from September 2015 to March 2019. Prior to entering private practice, Ben served as a Trial Attorney and Assistant Chief at the U.S. Department of Justice from March 2010 to July 2015 and practiced as an Assistant United States Attorney from June 2006 to March 2010. Ben began a legal career at the U.S. Department of Justice as an Assistant to the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights from March 2005 to May 2006. Ben earned a JD from Samford University (1998-2001) and a degree from Spring Hill College (1993-1997).
