Edwin Laurenson

Edwin (Ted) Laurenson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the field of law, currently serving as a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP since August 2005. Prior to this role, Laurenson held the position of Partner at Baker & McKenzie from March 2000 to July 2005, and served as Securities Counsel at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from October 1986 to March 2000. Laurenson obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) from Yale Law School between 1972 and 1975 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) as an Independent Scholar from Amherst College from 1967 to 1972.
