Joanna Lin

Joanna Lin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate transactions. Currently serving as a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery since June 2015, Joanna previously held positions as an Associate at K&L Gates from February 2013 to June 2015 and at Cooley LLP from September 2008 to February 2013. Joanna began legal training as a Summer Associate at McDermott Will & Emery and LCS & Partners in 2007 and 2006, respectively. Joanna earned a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from UC Irvine. Early education was completed at Taipei American School.
