Lauren Nevidomsky

Lauren Nevidomsky is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate advisory and fund formation. Since August 2019, Lauren has served as a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery, following a role as an Associate. Prior to this, Lauren was an Associate at Seward & Kissel LLP, focusing on investment management from October 2017 to August 2019, and also completed a Summer Associate position at the same firm in mid-2016. Lauren holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law (2014-2017) and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Management from Binghamton University (2010-2013).
