Patrick Martinez

Patrick Martinez is a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery, where since September 2011, participation in the Firm's Health Industry Advisory Practice Group has involved representing hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare providers in various transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Patrick served as a Senior Associate at Polsinelli Shughart PC from June 2010 to September 2011 and as an Associate Attorney at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP from September 2007 to May 2010, focusing on health care law. Patrick holds a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law, earned between 2004 and 2007, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Northwestern University, completed in 2003.
