Sarah Hogarth

Sarah Hogarth is a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery, where since September 2016, expertise has been focused on Supreme Court and appellate litigation as well as critical motions practice. Prior to this role, Sarah served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals and gained experience as a Research Assistant at Notre Dame Law School. Earlier positions include Summer Associate at McDermott Will & Emery, Judicial Intern with Judge Patrick Meter in the Michigan Court of Appeals, Legislative Intern for State Senator Tupac A. Hunter, and Administrative Assistant at the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Sarah holds a Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School and a Social Relations and Policy degree, conferred with Honor, from Michigan State University.
