Thomas Rocha, P.E., C.F.E.I is an experienced forensic consulting engineer at McDowell Owens Engineering since January 2023, focusing on investigating electrical failures and accidents within a legal context. As President and Lead Instructor at Texas T CE since January 2017, Thomas has provided essential training and leadership. Previous roles include Senior Electrical Consultant at Con-Real, LP, Principal Owner at Texas T Electric, and various positions such as Senior Project Manager and Electrical Engineer at reputable firms including KilgoreInd and Burns & McDonnell. Thomas's extensive background includes project management of multimillion-dollar projects, electrical system studies, and supervision of employees, contributing significantly to the electrical engineering field. Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University and an Associate’s Degree in Pre-Engineering from South Plains College.
